No our products are not suitable for children. They contain small parts along with Silicone beads that are a potential choking hazard so please keep them away from children. These are not chew toys.

We offer flat rate shipping with a few different options depending on whether or not your box includes a tumbler. Please select the correct shipping option through checkout or you will be invoiced the difference.

HOW LONG IS PRODUCT TURNAROUND ON CUSTOM/PERSONALISED ITEMS?

We hand make all our products so if you order a custom/personalised item there will be a 7-10 day turnaround time however there is a possibility we will have your items out sooner depending on order quantities.

IS YOUR ITEM DAMAGED/PROBLEM OCCURED

If any product is damaged or any problems occur 3 days after receiving your products we are not liable and there will be no refunds as products are always tested/checked before sending out.

If any product comes damaged through Aus Post as this has not occurred from us please put in a dispute directly with Aus Post.

CAN I RETURN A CUSTOM/PERSONALISED ITEM?

There is no returns on custom/personalised items.
